Tóm tắt

Aim: To analyze the association of HLA-DQA1 alleles of Chinese Guangxi Zhuang, Mulao nationalities and Central Vietnam Jing nationality with Helicobacter pylori infection. Materials and methods: Applied PCR-SSP method to determine the polymorphism of the HLA-DQA1 loci of 36 (Han), 54 (Zhuang) and 76 (Mulao) healthy children of Chinese Guangxi Luocheng county and 109 (Jing) healthy children of Vietnamese Hue city, besides, serodiagnosis were carried for determining H. pylori antibody by ELISA and Cag A, Vac A, Urease antibodies by immunobloting. Then, used SAS software to analyze the relation of HLA- DQA1 loci with the presence of H. pylori antibodies. Results: The prevalence of H. pylori antibodies are 64.45% in children at Luocheng (77.78% in Han nationality, 64.81% in Zhuang nationality, 57.89% in Mulao nationality) and 39.45% in Vietnamese children at Hue city. The prevalence of H. pylori antibodies in Vietnamese children at Hue city is significant lower than that in Luocheng. The distribution of HLA-DQA1 loci is not significant difference in 4 studied groups. HLA-DQA1*0104 locus is most common examined, then are HLA-DQA1*0101 and HLA-DQA1*0102 loci, HLA-DQA1*0302 and HLA-DQA1*0601 loci are not found or in very low frequency. HLA-DQA1*0104 locus in Vietnamese Jing nationality is significant higher, but HLA-DQA1*0301 and HLA-DQA1*0501 locus is lower than that in Luocheng. HLA-DQA1*0104 locus is the most common examined particularly in children with H. pylori antibodies (+) in 4 studied groups so may be suggest that associates with H. pylori infection, HLA-DQA1*0101 locus is the most common examined in children with H. pylori antibodies (-) in Mulao nationality. Conclusion: The results indicate that the prevalence of Hp infection in Chinese Han, Zhuang, Mulao nationalities is higher than in Vietnamese Jing nationality. There are differences from nationalities, geographic region on distribution of HLA system. HLA-DQA1*0104 allele is most common examined and which is considered the allele that associates with Hp infection (0.005
